I can’t believe you can’t book ‘in person’! So that means that the tickets are not €6.50 as stated but always €8 as you always have to book in advance and cannot do it at the place! What a rip-off!

hahhha this made me laugh out loud because I had THE SAME experience. Couldn’t get through on the phone (honestly, it is IMPOSSIBLE), I even went to Santa Maria delle Grazie and asked if I could book and the bastards said NO!!
