The dogs won’t like the change but, you’re right, they will be with me and the new normal will very quickly become the normal for them.

Stilton is a ‘blue’ cheese that looks a little like Gorgonzola but it is a little harder (a cross between Gorgonzola and Parmesan for hardness) but has a stronger taste than Gorgonzola. By far my favourite cheese – especially with that glass of port!
