Yes, it is quite warm and it’s better that, if you have to move, you move slowly. Perhaps you can do Pilates slowly?????

That’s my problem. I can’t stop my Pilates classes otherwise I’d look like moby dick which is not ideal, especially in the summer (there is “la prova costume” as we say
However, it’s too f**** hot to move!!!

You Italians make me laugh. In theory it may be worse (or better, depending on your point of view) in July! Although, just for you, the weather will break at the beginning of next month
For me it’s bearable – you just have to move much slower (and DON’T do Pilates )

Hi Andy – the cooling beer at the bar sounds about right to me. as long as the bar has A/C. phew. we SO differ on weather preference, huh? I love it cool and dry.
