My only beef was with my friend complaining about someone breaking the rules for a particular thing and then saying that his breaking of the rules was different. It made me laugh.

I/we are 60’s rebels in our thought and quite law abiding in our choices – we had our younger days of going against the grain but long since have surrendered – not quietly but surrendered all the same. If a rule is no longer effective then there is a process for change – a long drawn out process and that is just the way it is. And quite frankly we all break rules once in a while when we are pretty sure we can ‘get away with it’ :-)
