Yes, I like it a lot. I’m glad you’ve noticed less traffic – it’s not just my imagination :-)
People are against it because they don’t want to pay. But, I think that most people who actually live in the city will welcome it.

I wouldn’t drive – but public transport to where I work is so difficult it means about a 2 hour journey to and from work! :-(

the congestion charge is a very good idea. I’ve noticed less traffic too and I’m glad Pisapia was brave enough to launch this system which, by the way, is nothing new in Europe. I don’t understand why people are against it. There was a referendum after all!

I’m so glad I don’t have to drive to Milan. Otherwise I’d spend all my money in petrol!
