we are plagued from now through September. And I, unlike you, really dislike the heat. I am a Winter gal – early Spring and late Autumn is fine, as well. So for me, October though May, actually not even all of May – today was 80 degrees and I don’t like it above 70. Different strokes, as they say! :-)

nothing worse. They’re here too and they do that high pitched whine/buzz right in my ear and I immediately start slapping my ear and the side of my head like a crazy person having audio hallucinations except it is not a hallucination at all but a freaking mosquito whining right in my ear!!! And come August, they wont be gone here. And people wonder why I dislike summer.
