I learned a little trick about dreams. Especially how to redefine the bd ones. After you have a bad dream/nightmare, put your self in to a day dream state and change the ending of the dream – it is quite soothing and takews away most of the horror one is feeling.
I am healing/recovering slowly and surely. We made my famous stuffing today – smells so good in here. Tomorrow we will prepare the veggies and make the pies.
