HI ANDY – your weekend was lots of fun! We love fig spread w/brie and sliced pear in puff pastry. ALso, we make a wonderful fig sauce with fig spread, spicy mustard, soy sauce and ginger. Delicious on pork roasts, lamb and even some seafood like scallops or shrimp.

I like banana but not keen on peanut butter – but banana with bread, not really my cup of tea.
I haven’t seen fig and prosciutto on pizza anywhere before. If I see it, I’ll definitely try it. As you say, Ruth, yum!

Peanut butter and banana sandwiches are delicious. The pizzeria up the street does prosciutto and fig pizza with fresh mozzarella in the summer. Yum.

it sounds quite strange to me but I like figs and I LOVE focaccia so… I guess I’d like it (without the ham).
