neither trashing nor accepting would make things easier, I am afraid. However, I once read a book entitled &quot;Comfortable with Uncertainty&quot; which revolves around accepting without removing anything really. It has become a mantra to me which does not necessarily work but - every time I have to deal with difficulties and/or mental junk - I say to myself that I have to learn and live with uncertainty because this is what life is about. 
So, keep an eye on the junk and think that it&#039;s not part of your life anymore. There is no need, in my view, to trash it. Living with the junk without being stuck with it …]]></description>
