It’s a phrasal verb – to prat about – to do unimportant things or almost nothing or things for which there is no solution. I suspect it may not be a real verb

I usually only use my phone for speaking to someone and messaging – occasionally the Internet. I am fast becoming one of those “old” people who can’t get the hang of the new technology

I get very frustrated w/computer programs that require readjusting or whatever, to work properly. grrr. We just got new phones – “Android Vision2″, Good Lord – between the two of us most of what it can do is so hard for us to grasp. We just aren’t wired to understand the workings easily.
