Here there are a few places which allow smoking but they have to have special extraction systems installed. Still, the Italians are a bit more relaxed about rules than the UK or the States, I think ;-)
Digestivo is an after-dinner drink – like you may have whisky or brandy. Here, there is Limoncello, Mirto, Grappa or Sambucca or an amaro (bitter drink). Some (like Limoncello and Mirto) are best served straight from the freezer!
