Hahahahaha. My 'roommate'???? What a nice way of putting it. I have no idea why the little toe-rag didn't tell you that I was ill. It wasn't really a secret. Anyway, this morning was a little better and now, this afternoon I feel, if not 100 percent, then well on the way to being 'normal'!

OK, but don't laugh! Oxo is the brand name of a cube that is used to flavour gravy and stews. The similar think here is the stock cubes made by Knorr - but, unfortunately (and I have tried them), they are not the same for me. Oxo you can only get in the UK (it's one of those things on my list when I go back). Anyway, crumble the cube into a mug and pour over boiling water. Drink whilst very hot. They almost certainly do nothing really - but in my head they work great and so, the actually DO work! (If you understand me)

See you tomorrow. I will save an Oxo cube for you in case you feel bad tomorrow :-)
