Hi TSM. Yes, you could be right about making more money. Certainly the ticket price is almost double that of a normal ticket! But, I wonder if it’s really worth it. OK it’s a novelty now but for the actua difference it makes to the film I’m not sure I would go to them just cos they’re 3-D, if you see what I mean. Although I hope to go and see Alice again in a few weeks when they play the English version here :-D – same cinema so, almost certainly, in 3-D!

I too can’t wait to see Alice In Wonderland. I think I am going to have to trek to a cinema outside my normal haunts. But 3D films actually make more than 2D films, because they draw people who want to watch the 3D films whilst also selling the 2D prints to cinemas without the technology to show 3D films.
