I asked simple questions like: Is S in Milan? (The answer was no), Do they come here often? (apparently, yes, quite often), etc. But I really wasn’t bothered by not being there. Then, last night he mentions them again and then is obviously worrying about me going or not going. I was surprised, really. I mean to say, he surprised me by worrying about it – which was why I let him off the hook and took the decision for him
