I thought it was about time that I looked at some of the blogs I like and add them to the list on the side. But, maybe, a little introduction for them would be good.
First, there’s Peacocks on Leashes – Adventures of a Middle Model which is a retrospective on her time as a model, mostly in Milan. There are some nice bits in there. Last updated Aug, 2013.
Then there are some books. Firstly is Penelope Farmers’ (GrannyP’s – Rockpool in the Kitchen) e-book Lifting the World. Her most famous book would be Charlotte Sometimes (which, I have to be honest, I’ve never read and know little about – maybe that’s because I’m far to old).
Another e-book, but one in progress is The Letter Chronicles by The Anonymous Guy. The last update was Sept, 2007 – and it hasn’t got past Chapter 4.
If you want to know what life is really like in Iraq then Sunshine, a teenage Iraqi girl will tell you. Last entry was Jun 2014.
On the theme of Iraq, another Iraqi girl gives us Baghdad Burning. Last entry Apr, 2013.
A guy’s innermost thoughts on working in a Web Design company in London<. Probably how most people feel at some time in their working life, I guess. Unfortunately this blog no longer exists. And a rather weird, but funny website (rather than blog), but she’s coming to Milan in June so, if I remember, I might go along for the hell of it.
Normally, as you may have gathered, I’m not that keen on religious blogs but the Mad Priest does quite a funny blog and a slightly strange take on religion which I like. Of all the blogs, this one remains current and up to date.
